Volunteer Uniform Package: All volunteers are required to purchase one Volunteer Package, which will provide the
required uniform for the event. This year’s uniform will consist of a red golf shirt and cap/visor. Please complete the
following information and include your payment with this application to help defray the tournament’s cost of providing these
items.
